In their welcome speech, the company directors Achim and Robert Altmann looked back on some promising orders and drew attention to upcoming, groundbreaking projects. The workforce was also informed about investments planned for the coming year. The fact that the order backlog is secured until the third quarter of 2023 was certainly very reassuring for the party guests. Finally, the new corporate film was presented. This had been eagerly awaited by the employees as some of them were involved in its creation.
The summer party also offered the opportunity to honour four young, strong employees. Two apprentices, one employee having done a retraining and one master craftsman have successfully passed their exams this year. Each of them received a gourmet food hamper. Five newcomers were welcomed, who will support the purchasing department as well as the metal working & construction department. Particularly pleasing: three new apprentices will join the company as of September 1, 2022. They begin their apprenticeship in the fields of construction mechanics, lathe and mill cutting as well as technical product design.

But what would a summer party be without fun? The children enjoyed themselves in a bouncy castle and in the creative children's programme, where they could have their face painted or make shell necklaces. The grown-ups let off steam by playing "human table soccer", in which six teams played against each other in a knockout system. The extremely attractive prize: a day off from work.
Coffee and cake were served and towards evening the Estermann party service from Unterreith provided shish kebab and roast pork including various side dishes. As every year, all women received a present. This time it was supplied by Drax Mühle in Hochhaus near Haag.
The mood of the guests was unanimous: we'll be back next year!
