The scope of services included, amongst others, 20 two-girder overhead traveling cranes with 12 to capacity and a span of 9.050 mm. To bring together the very costly and precisely manufactured components of our customer, the cranes are equipped with specially developed belt hoists with a stepless lifting speed of 5 mm / min – 5,000 mm / min.
In order to protect the runways against overload on which procedure several cranes, the current loads are exchanged by Wi-Fi and evaluated via a PLC controller in each crane.
